Finding Your Life Purpose
How to Love Yourself More.
says loving yourself means being honest about your own
feelings. If you feel happy, say yes to the happiness. Likewise, if you
sad, say yes to the sadness and address it.
This channels a powerful energy that can release the flow of wellbeing inside you. Inside, say YES to everything you’re feeling and to all people involved, past and present.
This lets go of resistance, for your own wellbeing. Resisting anything keeps the negative energy alive with the same negative results.
Saying YES to it opens the flow of love, and gives every opportunity for the situation to release and transform. Let go of your worry as it does not help in any way.
Think about what makes you happy, and love yourself for that and accept your challenges, and the truth that you are imperfect. You can learn to approach and in time change these challenges by firstly being gentle and kind to yourself despite them, and make an effort to stop the self criticism. Know that you can make important changes for yourself, if you put your heart into it.
Make it customary to think kindly and positive things about yourself by praising yourself everyday. This will make it more natural for you to begin following through with positive activities that support your journey. Accept you have done your best, even if you have failed to produce complete results.
Learn to forgive yourself as it`s it's easier to forgive others. This means letting go of a source of pain, and letting go of resentment and - yes, the guilt and shame too.
Forgiveness is the gift you give to yourself that acknowledges you’re human.
Express gratitude for the person that you are, by increasing your recognition of your strengths and gifts. Gratitude is a choice, so practice being grateful as well for the people, situations and riches around you, and you will begin to attract better events and results as you make this choice each day.
Nurture your dreams and stop to smell the flowers ! Every moment that you live is a comfort and jewel as you express yourself fully. When you learn to see beauty in everything, you will also experience more beauty in yourself.
Polly`s Quote: “Be yourself and love yourself first I always say, move out of yourself with this attention and love, and then be with others in this way.”
How to be Happy.
says being happy is not just a state of mind. Happiness
is also a state of emotion. It`s
about love and caring, community, service, gratefulness and forgiveness.
Happiness is ultimately to do with your attitude and outlook on life, and the quality of your relationships with the people around you.
You need to express love and when you do, you create happiness and joy within you. Happiness is a feeling created by the expression of your love coming out of you.
Your relationships with your friends and family are more important than what you do for a living. In other words, the capacity of your job to make you happy is quite small compared to your outlook on life and your relationships with the people around you where you can develop meaningful conversations. Forming friendships based on mutual interests and beliefs, and seeing these friends often makes the difference, so find something you're deeply passionate about and make friends with likeminded people who you can connect with regularly based on that.
Express thanks and encouragement aloud and look for something to be grateful for. Smile as much as possible in your day, it will raise your mood more than you realise.
Follow your feeling instinct and go with it, but never regret the decisions you make though.
Live by the 3 C's of life: choices chances, and changes. You need to make a choice to take a chance or your life will never change.
Forgiveness heals your heart. So cultivate an attitude of forgiveness. This means releasing and putting to better use the energy taken up with grudges, resentments, and nursing unhealed wounds.
It is rediscovering the strengths you always had and putting to better use your unlimited ability to understand and accept other people and yourself.
Polly`s Quote: “Happiness is not some distant place, it`s about being who you really are in this place, counting your joys, connecting with others and sharing your cheerfulness, I always say".
Develop Your Insight and Intuition
dreaming and knowing something and listening with
heart. Most of us don`t know how we know it, and we don't know how we
but we do it.
It`s like directly feeling from the soul which at once knows the truth about anything without the help of the senses or the mind.
Polly says Intuition essentially comes from two sources, your heart and your experiences. You need to be observant by simply watching and listening.
Be curious again like you were as a child, and become more so. Listening to your intuition is the quintessence of creativity and soulful living.
Intuition communicates with us `energetically` through symbols, feelings and emotions which is the essence of everything. We all have intuition as we were born with it, but over the course of growing up we often lose touch with it and ignore it.
When you listen to your intuition, it connects you with a greater knowledge. That part of you that knows about your life and what is right for you.
It can bring you peace and harmony and help you release unhelpful things. It also can be a valuable guide as you take steps in moving forward to create your dreams.
So, remember a time when you just "knew" something. Try to relive the experience again and notice how does the communication and information come to you?
Do you see, hear or feel it? Is it loud and clear? Or is it insignificant and vague? The next time, notice when you are being intuitive - then press your thumb and forefinger together.
This creates an association response or anchor, so you can learn to access your intuition easier the next time by repeating that `anchor` again in any situation in the future to bring the `energy` back to you.
Polly`s Quote: “Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition, to allow your whole life to be a discovery leading you along your path, I always say".
Finding Your Life Purpose
says that often
people find their life purpose when they
are least expecting it. Always do things to be happy to achieve a more
Remember that your purpose in life can be anything and it can change over the years.
A great way to start exploring your life purpose, is to deeply consider these two questions for yourself.
What is most important to me in my life? What are my deepest values and beliefs?
Make a list of the things you enjoy and do for fun and include in it your passions and hobbies, and the parts of your job that you really like. Be creative here.
Write down the names of people that you admire or inspire you and why.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help and input from people that you like and trust. Ask them about how they discovered their life purpose and see if you get some ideas here.
Make a list of the things you do naturally without even thinking about it. Your natural talents. Others might confirm them to you. Ask them !
Look at your Passions and Natural Talents lists, and spend a while each day doing something from one of the lists. Each reflects a piece of your purpose.
Pay Close Attention to Your Feelings. You should be feeling stimulated, excited, happy, and more than that `alive` as you are living aspects of your life purpose more and more.
Discovering your purpose over time is the easier part. The challenging part is keeping it alive within you on a daily basis and working on yourself to become that purpose.
Polly`s Quote: “Trust yourself and then you will know how to live through your choices as your destiny is a matter of choice, I always say".
says `Forgiveness` is a practical, loving and
merciful response and
unconditional gift given to yourself. It`s not about excusing the
about containing it and keeps it from developing and wounding more
an act of the will to forgive people and not their actions. Choosing to
go is a tribute you give to yourself where you then experience your own
The other person doesn`t even need to know.
Forgiveness allows you to believe and work toward a better future, one that is based on the freedom of choosing the eventuality, and that your hurt will not be the final word on the matter.
When you let go of attachments such as anger, bitterness and resentments, you feel liberated and are able to realize more fully who you truly are, beyond the mental and emotional disguise of your ego, and life energy becomes much more available to you. The amount of life energy that becomes available depends on how much energy you have been putting into holding anger and resentments.
When you let it go, you consistently become more peaceful, friendly, and happy. Emotional pain is released. Depression lifts. Joy returns.
Your relationships with people get better, and your friendships deepen where you enjoy the present moment much more.
Self-forgiveness is where you take self-responsibility for yourself from deep within through ‘letting go’ of the past, and allowing yourself to change, and develop yourself through renewed self-direction.
Forgiveness and self-forgiveness brings us back home to our hearts and our deepest connection with others.
Polly`s Quote: “I forgive myself for forgetting that I am eternal, and I let go of the need to hurt you for hurting me and set myself free for my future".
